Keffiyeh, also called a shemagh or hatta, is a standard Center Japanese headdress. It’s sometimes product of cotton or wool and is worn by each women and men. Keffiyehs are available in a wide range of colours and patterns, and are sometimes used to guard the wearer from the solar, sand, and dirt.
The phrase “keffiyeh” comes from the Arabic phrase for “cowl” or “veil”. Keffiyehs have been worn within the Center East for hundreds of years, and have develop into an emblem of Arab tradition. They’re usually worn by troopers, farmers, and different outside employees.
